What is the cost of a CiviCRM maintenance & support plan?
The cost of a CiviCRM maintenance and support plan will depend on the number of hours of support your association will need? You choose the plan with the number of hours you are comfortable with. Unused hours will roll over to the next month. Extra hours are billed hourly with your consent.
What is included in the CiviCRM maintenance plan?
Bug fixes and glitches are common and are included in the service plans.
New feature development requests are estimated for cost and time. If you are comfortable with the cost, we can proceed with the new feature development. (eg. special report, fields, tokens, configurations, automation, etc.).
